Our small but growing team is searching for an experienced Designer to join our team!

Our office Schedule of Freedom:

Monday 8:30am – 1:00pm

Tuesday 8:30am – 3:30pm

Wednesday 8:30am – 3:30pm

Thursday 8:30am – 3:30pm

Friday 8:30am – 1:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:
-
Prepare complete project design documentation from concept to completion.
-
Contemplate and draft construction details and assemblies.
-
Collaborate with clients and the design team to deliver innovative solutions.

Compile and submit projects for Planning and Building Applications.
-
Ensure all designs meet regulatory and quality standards.
-
Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Qualifications:
-
Proficient in Autodesk Revit with minimum 5 years industry experience is required.

Minimum College Diploma or University Degree relating to STEM
-
A complete understanding of the Ontario Building Code, building science, construction materials & methods, and architectural detailing.

Strong knowledge of Standard Light Wood Framing Techniques.
-
Familiar with the Planning and Building Permit Approvals Process.

Excellent communication skills with a passion for creativity and innovation.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects.

Ontario G Drivers License.

BCIN Registration minimum

Applicant must reside or be willing to relocate to the Niagara Region as on site meetings are required.
